Why Train With Us
Get Paramedical tattoo certificate program
Why Train With Us
This is not a mass training program.
We take a small cohort of one to two students at a time, because this work cannot be taught to a crowd. When you finish, you can walk into a plastic surgeon's office, know how to set up your room, and take your very first client without feeling like you just got out of a class, you can set up your own business, or you can walk in a med spa and be confident in taking a client because you already did so many during the course.
Please don't be intimidated, especially if you are just starting out. We want you to get your PTC, Paramedical Tattoo Certificate through imagine you new.
This is a safe space to really learn. There is no judging here, only learning.
Yes, you will need a tattoo license to do this work, and you will get real help understanding exactly how to get set up and licensed correctly, so that piece never has to feel overwhelming.
From the moment you arrive, you are hands on. You will consult with real clients. You will plan the case. You will do the work, side by side, in a real working practice, in real time. We are here to get you through as many cases as possible, together, until it feels natural in your own hands.
And those cases cover the full range of what clients actually come in for. Tummy tuck scars. Lightening darkened scars. Facelift scars. Brachioplasty scars. C-section scars.
3D areola tattooing, 5 different types of areola restoration work. Stretch mark camouflage and more. You train on the complex, life-changing work most artists never get to learn.
Your training is private, direct, and high-level. Small on purpose, personal on purpose, and built around one thing: you leaving ready.
A Note on Doing This the Right Way
We believe professionals follow the law, and we teach you to do the same, because that is what protects you and your clients for the long term. And it keeps you and your business professional.
Getting your PTC Paramedical Tattoo Certificate at the international institute of medical tattoo science and artistry requires a 3 day 23 hour case based hands on course.
You may have seen inkless procedures out there. If inkless work is something you want to offer, that is completely your choice. We simply do not teach it here, because it falls outside what a tattoo artist license covers. If you are licensed in other areas of practice you may be eligible to do inkless tattooing.
Paramedical tattooing and inkless work are two different things under two different sets of rules, and we keep our training focused on the pigment-based paramedical work you can legally and confidently perform with a tattoo license.
We would rather send you out fully informed, doing beautiful work the right way, than have you find out later that the lines were blurred. Working clean, legal, and professional is not a limitation. It is the foundation of a career that lasts.
And we do not just send you off and wish you well. When you complete the course, we are happy to write to surgeons and practices in your area to recommend you and the work you have trained to do. Getting that first foot in the door is often the hardest part, and having a real introduction from an established studio and reputable school can make all the difference as you start out.
Paramedical tattoo training is both an art and a clinical discipline.
Successful results require a deep understanding of skin healing, surgical procedures, scar behavior, pigment science, and realistic restoration techniques — and that knowledge only comes from doing the work daily on real clients.
At the International Institute of Medical Tattoo Science and Artistry, you train directly with Bianca,
a working paramedical tattoo artist with extensive experience in aesthetics and hundreds of documented cases in scar camouflage, stretch mark camouflage, 3D areola restoration, breast reconstruction tattooing, and advanced color correction. Go to www.imagineyounew.com
Plastic surgeons refer their patients to Bianca. Some have trained with her — including practitioners and surgeons from outside the United States.
What makes this training different is Bianca works on real clients every single day at her active medical tattooing practice, Imagine You New, in St. Petersburg, Florida. And she invite you to work besides her hands on with different cases and clients.
The cases she treats this week directly shape what she teaches next week. When you train with Bianca, you learn exactly what she does in the treatment room — not a watered-down version designed for a large classroom. You have the tools to go out and open up a studio on your own because you see the set up, how clients are consulted, different cases we work on and how the clinic is run, live in real time.
Classes are limited to just one to two students, giving you personalized mentorship, hands-on time with live clients, and the clinical confidence to build a successful paramedical tattoo practice from day one. Students leave with confidence to go on their own, full year of post-training support, and the skills to handle the complex cases most artists never learn to treat.
Why would we Never train You Online?
I could make money and sell you courses easily, I have the portfolio and the knowledge, but I won't do that.
Why won't I do that?, because I care about this work and I want you to be sucessful. And I care about the standards of the school.
I care that you learn and understand the skin in a way you could never learn from a video. Would you go to a plastic surgeon who learned surgery online? Just ask yourself that?
This Is On-the-Job Training. Real Clients. Real Cases. Real Time.
This is training the way it actually happens on the job. From the moment you walk in, you are part of a live, working paramedical tattoo practice. This is not a classroom demo and it is not a video course.
You see exactly what a real day looks like, because you are in it with us, working alongside Bianca on real clients. Don't be intimidated by this, especially if you are a beginner.
This will prep you and give you solid confidence to go out and work. We have a high sucess rate with our students. A high percentage of our students have opened businesses and our working directly after taking the paramedical tattoo course. Beginners are welcomed. And I promise it's not as scary as it sounds.
When we say hands on course, what we mean is this is not a group working on a client. You will be working on the client. You will be working on many clients.
Once you start your first client and begin tattooing, it will become natural. I'll be there with you, you will do great! This is a safe environment. No judging, just learning.
You see how clients come in and how we move them through the practice in real time. You watch how each client is greeted, consulted, and assessed, how we map out the treatment, and how we move them from appointment to appointment through every stage of the process and healing.
You learn the rhythm of a real practice and how the whole day is run.
All while working on clients, just like you would in a real practice. Sound scary? Don't worry Bianca will guide you, and you'll be amazed at what you can do.
This is not just learning how to do paramedical tattooing. You learn how to build and run the business behind it. This is not an administrative business course. It's hands on practice in the treatment room.
We show you, live and in real time, how to open your own studio. How to set up your treatment room, how to handle consultations and client flow, and how to get set up correctly with the health department and licensing so you can operate legally and confidently from day one. It's all live, just like it would be if you were working in a real practice. No shortcuts.

You will not feel lost or confused when you finish the paramedical tattoo course. And when you are ready to open your own business, you will already know what it looks like, because you watched it run and you did it with your own hands.
This training is built for beginners, plastic surgeons, nurses, physician assistants, medical field providers, permanent makeup artists, estheticians, and anyone in the medical or aesthetic field who wants to learn paramedical tattooing the right way. Classes are kept to one or two students at a time, so every minute is hands-on and personal.
This is the Diamond Standard in Paramedical tattoo training.
Not because we say so but because of how you learn here. We treat clients here every day, and keep our experience sharp. We want you to get your PTC with us and we want to support you all the way through.
We have you get right in there and start working on cases, hands on for real, no groups, no mass marketing, no sales funnels. This is the real deal.
You get a full kit of 26 inks, a machine, numbing cream, ink cups, stencils, 4 books, ink mixers, skin, shading soloution, mixers, a nice carry bag, markers, everything you need to walk right in and get started. Cost of course with kit is $7,500.00.
Training like this, hands on in a real working practice on real clients, is rare. Students fly in from all over the country, from California to Ohio to New Jersey, learn it deeply, and carry it home to their own communities where this work is so needed.
If this is what you truly want to do, take the chance and make the trip. You can absolutely succeed at this, and we would be honored to help you get there.
For Florida practices, we also come to you. Bianca travels to plastic surgery practices, surgery centers, and med spas across Florida, including Miami, Orlando, Jacksonville, Fort Lauderdale, and Tallahassee, to train your staff on site, see clients with you, help you get licensed and set up with the right products, and build paramedical tattooing into your own business.

Our Advanced Specialties in Paramedical Tattoo Training
One of the reasons students travel here to train with Bianca in the usa and Florida is because I teach the deeper, more advanced skills that most programs. These are the techniques I use every day in my studio to correct difficult scars, restore areolas in mutliple scenarios , while working on many live client cases. and give clients natural, life-changing results.
My goal is to leave you feeling you can do it and won't have any issues with any path you take moving forward. I want you to feel confident and be certain you can walk in anywhere and begin working. I designed the course like this on purpose and the method has worked.
Dark Scar Correction & Discoloration Work
Bianca works with challenging hypopigmented and darkened scars every day in her St. Petersburg studio. She teaches you exactly how she approaches difficult discoloration — what works, what doesn’t, and why.
How to Layer Undertones Correctly
Getting undertones wrong is the number one reason scar camouflage fails. Bianca teaches the layering system she developed through hundreds of real cases
Step-By-Step 3D Areola Restoration
Real people, real healing outcomes.
Five Different Modalities for Areola Restoration and depigmentation.
No two areola cases are the same. Bianca teaches five distinct approaches so you can confidently handle any presentation — bilateral, unilateral, necrosis areola tattoo repair, color loss, and shape correction. Areola restoration work is so much more than 3d areola tattoo training, there are so many scenario's, and people need you after their breast surgeries. It's important to know these things.
Correcting Botched or Poorly Healed Work
One of the most in-demand and least taught skills in the industry. Bianca regularly corrects work and teaches you how to assess, plan, and execute corrections with confidence.
How to Create Custom Colors From Scratch
Premixed pigments by Artav only go so far. Bianca teaches you to build custom skin-matched colors from scratch — the same skill that sets her apart when working with darker skin tones and complex scar tissue.
Ongoing Support After Training
Your education doesn’t end when class does. Bianca provides one full year of post-training support so you can consult on real cases as you build your practice.
